What clients walk away with

I walked away with both actionable insights and the emotional clarity I didn't know I was missing.
Engagement Manager, McKinsey
In the months since, I've started catching myself earlier when I fall into that spiral, and mindfully slowing down.
Investment Banking VP, Evercore
I developed a more concrete sense of the person I want to become, and that clarity made it easier to understand what I should be doing now.

What you're probably wondering

Engagement length

I offer packages of 3 and 6 months depending on what you're looking to accomplish, and custom containers when the work calls for one. Every engagement is designed together, starting from the free exploratory call.

Some clients continue the partnership after the initial milestone completes, as new topics surface — we re-design how the container works at that point.

My coaching is never meant to be forever support — the container is designed to create a step-change in your way of being.

Investment

My standard rate for a 3-month container is $2,500, and a 6-month container is $4,500. This includes our sessions and between-session support.

I hold a limited number of reduced-rate spots on a sliding scale. You self-select your tier — on trust, no proof or justification asked:

  • Standard · $2,500 / $4,500: you can meet your needs, save, and spend on wants without strain. Paying at the standard tier also helps hold a reduced spot open for someone else.
  • Supported · $1,900 / $3,400: you meet your needs, but money is a real stress. This tier asks for a tradeoff, not a hardship.
  • Community · $1,300 / $2,300: paying more would compromise your basic needs.

(My sliding scale is influenced by Alexis J. Cunningfolk's Green Bottle Method.)

If what's giving you pause is whether coaching is worth this much for you — let's talk. The fee question is usually a clarity question in disguise: it's hard to weigh an investment before you can see what it would make possible.

Coaching vs. therapy

I have both a therapist and a coach — they serve very different purposes for me. My therapist helps me understand and process my past. My coach helps me get honest about what I actually want, pulls me toward the future I'm building, challenges me when I'm playing small, and walks with me as I build a life that's fully mine. I am a coach.

In the free exploratory call, we'll look at what you're actually navigating and have a personalized conversation about what kind of support would serve you best — sometimes that's coaching with me, and sometimes it isn't.
